What is a scaling pattern?
Through the scaling pattern library, we are applying the concept of patterns to agile — a family of product development techniques that encourage frequent communication, collaboration, feedback and adjustment — as well as a change in mindset to quickly adapt and adjust the changing world around us.
Scaling patterns apply when we are scaling agile in order to increase the speed of value delivery – either by increasing the number of people, the number of teams, or the productivity of those teams.
