The Scaling Patterns Library is a curated collection of Agile patterns – proven, reusable solutions to common problems. Unlike other pattern libraries, this library focuses on the challenges associated with scaling Agile principles and practices across multiple teams to increase the rate at which value is delivered to customers and stakeholders, as well as to improve the quality of deliverables.
Inspired by the foundational principles of Agile, Scrum and Complex Adaptive Systems theory, our library exclusively focuses on scaling patterns, offering a comprehensive suite of evidence-based strategies, practices, and insights that facilitate the seamless expansion of Agile frameworks.
The Scaling Patterns Library is designed for use by Agile practitioners, coaches and leaders to serve as an essential resource for navigating the challenges of scaling Agile, ensuring that teams not only maintain their agility, but also enhancing their efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability when scaling to multiple teams and across an entire organization.
Through our library, we aim to bridge the gap between common established Agile practices and the demands of larger, more complex endeavors, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance across the enterprise.
